Object. You can object to (i) the processing of some of your information based on our legitimate interests and (ii) receiving marketing messages from us after providing your consent to receive them. In such cases, your personal information will be deleted unless there is compelling and legitimate grounds to continue using that information or if it is needed for legal reasons.
Complain. If you reside in the EU and wish to raise a concern about the use of your information (and without prejudice to any other rights you may have), you have the right to do so with your local data protection authority.

We use Royal Mail second class free of charge which takes 3 - 5 business days or you can choose next day delivery for £5. A tracking number will be issued in your dispatch email.
We use Royal Mail international standard which takes 1 - 2 weeks and costs £5. International tracked is available for £10. This option can be chosen at checkout.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Our items are usually not eligible for customs charges. All our packages to date (06/05/2021) to Australia, Europe, USA and Canada have not been flagged by customs.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We do accept returns and exchanges once the item has not been worn or used in any way due to hygienic reasons.
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase as they are packaged shortly after.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we do not accept returns for:
